“How to be open to the possibility of eanidnng your consciousness on a new path than that you grew up in? How do you become okay with that difference?

”I think it’s because I’m th e only child to my mother, and being an only child you kind of live inside your own head in many ways. You kind of had to because there was no one else to play with. So that living inside of my head made my mind my companion, my mind is my my personal companion, it is with me everywhere. .... we are oalways in dialogue. It’s kind of like when you have your best friend and everybody else is showing out and doing things... were not down with that. Spo that gave me a. Fifer zone.

I was also abused as a child. So that made me very vigilant and very aware of tuning into what felt right energy and good energy. I needed that to survive my childgood. That grave me a real willingness to chase bc when something felt right I just went for it because for me it was a matter f survival. It wasn’t just like, oh this is interesting and let me check t hat out- it was like everything, this might save my life and this might save my life. And that’s what I was interested in.... not my material life but spiritual life, my mental life, the life of my being whole.

To actually show up and be community, and do community.
